A 2hr session for children and teens aged 7yrs+ to explore the gym, practise skills, and try new tricks. Equipment includes trampolines, tumble track, sprung floor, bars, beam, fast track, and more. This is an unstructured session, but will be under the supervision of qualified coaches.

Participants must follow the instructions of the coaches, and not attempt any skills they are not trained to do. Any unsafe behaviour will be given a warning and the participant may be asked to leave if the behaviour continues.
