Classes for all ages and abilities, open to members and non-members. Please read the session descriptions carefully, including the age requirements. Children under 7yrs must have an adult present on site at all times. Hair must be tied back, all jewellery removed, and children should bring a water bottle. Introducing our BRAND NEW CAMPS - 3 hours of gymnastics and trampolining fun across the whole gym for children aged 7yrs+, including a snack break and plenty of games! Please ensure all food is nut free.

Gymnastics for 4-6yrs, 6-8yrs & 9yrs+ - 60minutes of gymnastics preps and skill development using a variety of apparatus. Classes are mixed ability and will be split by skill level within the session as required, depending on numbers.

Trampolining - 60minutes solely focused on trampoline skills. Please ensure you bring socks!

Gym & Tramps for 4-6yrs & 7yrs+ - 60minute class split 50/50 between gymnastics and trampolining time.

Preschool Gymnastics - 45minute session for children aged from walking to 3yrs, with parent involvement, including warm up games, floor work with hand apparatus, and a circuit using apparatus to develop balance, coordination, strength and confidence.

Preschool Gym & Tramps - 60minute class for 3&4yr olds, split 50/50 between gymnastics and trampolining.

Stay & Play - 45minute session for children aged from 6months-6yrs. Unstructured play with access to trampolines, balance beams, bars to swing on, obstacle course, soft play, hoops, ribbons, tunnels, etc.

Open Gym for 7yrs+ - A 2hr session for children and teens aged 7yrs+ to explore the gym, practise skills, and try new tricks. Equipment includes trampolines, tumble track, sprung floor, bars, beam, fast track, and more. This is an unstructured session, but will be under the supervision of qualified coaches.

Freestyle 8-12yrs & 13yrs+ - 90min session of ‘freestyle’ gymnastics, also known as ‘parkour’ or ‘freerunning’, with various stations set up to challenge and teach new tricks.
